This landmark collaboration represents a major achievement as the inaugural standalone residential project by Four Seasons in Florida, located in the historically significant Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami.

Riverside Wharf Project in Downtown Miami Set for Groundbreaking in Late 2024

Driftwood Capital, in partnership with MV Real Estate Holdings and Merrimac Ventures, has revealed the projected start date for the Riverside Wharf project in downtown Miami. Construction is set to begin in the latter part of 2024, with the $267 million development expected to make a significant impact on the area’s surroundings. The project will include a Dream Hotel among its notable features.

The residentially-inspired setting fosters the process of outfitting dream kitchens.
