Erba Miami

Erba is an Italian-inspired restaurant that captures the vibrant spirit of Miami while showcasing a local adaptation rooted in a hospitality-forward mindset. It represents Chef Niven Patel’s tribute to his time in Florence, highlighting the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a seamless fusion of the old world meeting the new world. The heart and soul of Erba lies in sourcing fresh, local ingredients, with a significant portion of the produce coming directly from the restaurant’s own farm, Rancho Patel. With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, cleverly named after “herbs,” acquires its produce from various local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel’s unique varieties across its menus. Diners are invited to partake in the wide array of daily homemade pastas, an extensive wine selection, and the restaurant’s genuine hospitality.
